2009 Turkey Day Menu

With all the ingredients purchased on Monday, and the majority of prep taking place today, the menu is set. Pictures will follow in the next blog, along with recipes and additional information on the whole meal. There may be a separate blog entry for the Artichoke and Chestnut Pâtè, as it was a challenge for me.
Hopefully none of the below dishes will require any changes.

Cheese & Crackers. I milked the cows for the cheese……not.
Artichoke and Chestnut Pâtè (Part of a previous blog post challenge)

About Evan

I like to eat. I like to cook. I like to eat what I cook. Now, I will share with you what I like to cook. My wife and I may be a vegetarian and a carnivore, but it doesn’t mean we can’t cook a nice meal with both, without compromising taste. I will share my creative meals of the Carnivore and the Vegetarian.
