Last September I posted about a book I was going to be in called Foodies of the World. When I got the email asking if I wanted to be apart of the book, I was very surprised and flattered. It was great to get my blog and name out there, hoping for more folks to check out The Carnivore and the Vegetarian. You can probably see where I’m going with this…
Recently I was approached by a digital publishing company who was interested in creating a digital book and iPhone/Android app for content on my blog. I thought this was pretty exciting and have now decided to tell you about it. Once the book and app are live, I’ll post the info for those that would want to check it out.
The first book will be all about Tofu and really going after the original theme for this blog: cooking a meal with a vegetarian and carnivorous portions that have the same sauces and components. The only difference is that the book will feature tofu, tips and tricks on how to cook with tofu and plenty more. Later, there will be a book using meat recipes, but I don’t want to get ahead of myself. For now, I’m just grateful for the opportunity to share recipes and food thoughts with more people.
