New Logo for the Carnivore and the Vegetarian

After almost a year of existance, the Carnivore and the Vegetarian has now found a logo.  Elias Stern, of Elias Z. Stern Design, helped create the image you see at the top of this blog and this post.  Elias is a recently graduated graphic designer open to any design opportunity.  With his graphic design background, he was able to create a funny lighthearted picture that really defines this site.  Feel free to email him directly to compliment him on his work or to design something for you.

The Vegetarian and I try to bring a bit of humor and fun along with interesting recipes that you can make at home.  Whether it is fresh made no-knead bread, or delicious berry pies which recipe comes from my mom.

I hope you continue to enjoy reading this blog and please leave any comments or suggestions you may have (blog or logo related).

About Evan

I like to eat. I like to cook. I like to eat what I cook. Now, I will share with you what I like to cook. My wife and I may be a vegetarian and a carnivore, but it doesn’t mean we can’t cook a nice meal with both, without compromising taste. I will share my creative meals of the Carnivore and the Vegetarian.

  1. I like the logo. At first, I thought it looked a bit odd, but I think it was because it was on my iPhone screen. Looks great on a regular screen. Totally dig it! I'm thinking about a new logo myself; perhaps I should contact Elias.

  2. Thanks. Yea, on a small screen it doesn't look right. You definitely should, very professional logo and eventually business card design.

  3. Justin says:

I like the new logo. Those short ribs look great too.

  4. Love the logo! Nice job Elias!
